Time & Money

Everything in Universe is interconnected and is made up of energy. It’s out of the scope of this post to explore it further, so I’m treating it as a fact here (in the footnote I have put some references [1-4], in case you are interested to do some self-exploration). Both Science and spirituality are saying that in Reality, we are like waves in a sea of energy and our energy state affect every aspect of our lives. In the other words, our material life is a 3D projection of our energy state.  I don’t only believe in this as a scientific or spiritual fact, but I have personally experienced it many times. However, still it’s damn hard to be responsible for my energy state all the time. I mean common… being in this challenging world, imprisoned in a human body, having an amygdala to spin lack and attack signals constantly, plus a monkey mind generating ruthless thoughts non-stop… seriously, what do you expect?  These are the facts of our material beingness. In this planet, nothing is EASY. Forget about easy!

Ok… what all these ranting has anything to do with time and money? It has everything to do with it. If everything is made up of energy, so time and money are also made up of energy. Tada!

I just figured out that I am totally unaware of my tense energy state around time and money. All the time, I am nagging about the lack of time and being in an overwhelmed, tight and frustrated state in relation to time. I am being even worse with money. In the back of my mind, I always have the fear of ending up a bag lady! I have always lived an abundant life. Yet, I held tight on the state of lack around money,  like it’s a precious jewel! What the hell?!!!

Have you ever noticed how delicious is it to witness our own blind spots and ridiculous fears? This is the majesty of being a human after all. I mean except us no other living creature on our planet has the ability to perceive its own operating system and its dysfunctions. As soon as we witness a dysfunctional pattern in ourselves, we have switched a light bulb on. It’s not a blind spot anymore and if we have consistency in keeping the light on, our brains have the amazing ability to make new neural pathways, the ones that serve us rather than creating stress and tightness for us.

I have taken the challenge to spark some new neural connections regarding my relationship with time and money by contemplating on these possibilities:

What if we develop a love relationship with time and money?

What if we only focus on the spaciousness and abundance in our lives and allow them to expand?

What if we be warriors who pledge to be mindful and take responsibility for our energy state around the things that we want the most?

What if rather than cursing and suppressing time and money, we start to cherish them, nourish them, and let them to grow?

What if we pay attention to the feeling states we are craving rather than wasting energy on our fears and negative thoughts about them?

Just imagine…

Today after opening my imagination to these possibilities -rather than allowing my default template of focusing on what’s not working and what’s lacking, to operate- I was like holy cow! Such a significant shift it made to my energy level! Hear me guys: focusing on the goodness and positivity is the best supplement ever, for free!

I invite you to ask yourselves those questions and imagine… imagine your ideal life… how would you feel living that life? Make a vision board using pictures or whatever represents those FEELING STATES for you. Then focus on how much of those you already have? Begin to cherish and nourish them, be grateful for them and in every action and every decision, consider whether is it gonna support your ideal or is it gonna distant you from it? Remember we are all after the feeling states and not all the gold and money and luxury properties and spare time in the world! We are after how they make us feel!

So in a nutshell:

  1. Get clear with yourself and discover what feeling states you crave.
  2. Focus on that feeling state in your current life. Nourish that by paying attention and expressing gratitude for it. This’s like feeding, watering and caring for a plant to flower.
  3. Align all your actions and decisions to support that feeling state. Let go of whatever is in contradiction to it (this is the most difficult step. Hold on to your tribe’s support and be a warrior. We can do hard things. Rock on!). This is like pruning roses in autumn so they can thrive in spring.
  4. Be open to receive and pay attention to synchronistic events that happens to you. Witness how the whole universe is co-operating with you so you can get or create what you have asked for.
  5. Celebrate and own your fab life.

Let’s go rock our lives… Let’s live big and own it… Let’s shine bright like a diamond… YohOoooOoo…
